Welcome to

Allie has taught 3rd grade math for 4 years in Texas and 4th grade math for 3 years in Tennessee. Allie served as a Math Demonstration Teacher for Knox County Schools for 2 years where she modeled countless lessons for teachers to observe small group instruction, the workshop model, using success criteria with students, and number talks. Allie was also on the math curriculum committee for Knox County Schools where she led PLCs on her campus, as well as district professional development for teachers to improve their math instruction. Allie's students have exceeded grade-level growth and achievement measures on math TCAP for consecutive years.  Allie uses success criteria with her students to support a classroom culture of feedback and student ownership. Allie has a passion for teaching kids math and showing them all the real-world connections they already have to it! 

Grace has experience teaching in the traditional setting as well as a transitional class in which Grace helped intensive students grow tremendously in their reading, writing, and math skills. She has taught in the virtual, hybrid, and face to face settings. With a passion for literacy, Grace enjoys making learning fun and engaging through relatable experiences and mentor texts. Grace's students have received the highest growth in Reading MAP score percentages for multiple years for her school district. She is also a Subject Matter Expert with the South Carolina Department of Education where her expertise for explicit standards-based instruction and rigorous curriculum creation can shine through. Grace believes that student success starts with student engagement across all subject areas and sets her focus on building relationships through a love of real-world, rigorous learning!
